Glasuvatel (Voter)
In 2015 Bikeevolution and BAEPS created the Glasuvatel platform. It purpose was quick and representative review of the views of the political parties, participating in 2015’s elections, concerning the sustainable and ecological mobility, especially the bicycle and electric transport.
Test drive in Vrana castle
In May 2013 electric mobiles owners showed their advantages for the urban environment on a test driveq organized by BAEPS in the Vrana castle. Another amusement came from the e-bike of the inventor Diko Dikov and the electric tricycle of prof. Georgi Tonchev. The Tzar and his guests tested the advantages of the electric mobiles with short drives along Tzarigradsko Shose blvd.
Bulk EV order
In 2012 we launched the promotion of electric light goods vehicles. The project involved proactively initiating a group buy request for proposal from over 700 operators of light vans for urban deliveries, which was then passed on to the local representatives and dealers of major EV brands. The importance of our promotional project was recognized in the 2012 edition of the Sustainable Transportation Ecosystem report of the World Economic Forum in Davos, where it was one of the six case studies, illustrating EV-related projects.
Conference 2011
In 2011 BAEPS organized the most substantial conference promoting electric vehicles in Bulgaria. Over two days 20 speakers representing leading international electric vehicle OEMs (Renault-Nissan, PSA, Mitsubishi Motors, Chevrolet, BMW, BYD, Saft Group, RWE) spoke in front of an audience of over 400 people. The conference undoubtedly brought the subject to the front of the Bulgarian public’s attention with the participation of PM, Commissioner Tajani, several ministers and mayors of main Bulgarian cities.
